Jennifer, currently located in Hong Kong and in charge of Taiwanese clients, is involved in various actions to promote gender and cultural diversity in the workplace. For example, in 2009 she and her colleagues created Societe Generale's first Women's Network in Asia-Pacific for which is the chairwoman.
